Nugget is much chubbier than his siblings, to the point where we didn’t know if they were related or not. So we decided to give him a name that reflects his obvious love of snacks.

Nugget is a sweetheart, a big chubby cuddle monster. He has the most unique and adorable colouring! Just a hint of ginger, and all white apart from that. He isn’t as fast, brave, or feisty as his sisters, and prefers instead to flop over and have a nap next to your toes. He appreciates the finer things in life, like chicken, and….well actually he mostly just appreciates chicken. Nugget and his four siblings were born in a field near a Haidian subway station; they were living outdoors, but a kind woman had been feeding them and getting them used to people. One day we got a frantic call from this kind soul: someone had killed two of the siblings, and the family needed to be rescued immediately. We went the next day and scooped up the whole family together. Nugget will be a lovely addition to any home, loving and loyal.
